1. WPC usage:
(1) WPC is used to make construction panel, decoration panel, balustrade, pavement, steps, outdoor tables, wall panel and chairs, pergola, tree bed, etc.
(2) Material: 30-40% straw, wood flour, rice chaff mixed with recycled PVC, PP, PE powder.
(3) WPC advantage: undecomposable, deformation free, fade resistant, insect damage resistant, good fireproof performance, crack resistant, and maintenance free etc.
2. Machine introduction:
(1) WPC Profile board extruder machine consist of the twin screw extruder, mould, calibration table, haul off and cutting machine and the loading table.
(2) WPC profile extruder machine also can used for the PVC window and door profile making after changing mould.
